Amanda captured a truly treasured moment in time of our newborn with her beautiful and artistic photographs. It’s a busy time with a week old baby and I found the whole experience of Amanda’s photo session to be an enjoyable and relaxing treat! I was able to sit back and soak up observing my little one through loving Mummy eyes as I watched my little baby be professionally photographed as her newborn self. Amanda obviously has a tremendous amount of experience with babies, and combined with her nurturing approach, her gentle handling of our precious little bundl, and the soothing background music she provided in our home environment, it made for a really calm and peaceful session. Amanda is not only extremely talented technically, but as a people person, we found she was able to capture our daughter naturally with both emotion and atmosphere. 3 years ago we were blessed with a beautiful baby girl and like any parents we were keen to have her photo in every room of our house! We found Amanda’s photography and went to her studio to have photos of our baby and us taken. Amanda was amazing she provided us with a wonderfully relaxed environment and worked around our babies needs. We took short breaks for the baby to have a quick breast feed when she was upset and she was patient when our little girl had had enough and needed a break. We were brought to tears with the resultant images. She captured the beauty of our new born and the family shots were just great. The photos will be treasured for life.
We returned to Amanda when our little girl was 8 months old when her personality was really shining. Once again Amanda worked around our little girls needs and was able to get her to smile and laugh! We have the most amazing pictures of her in profile, playing with her treasured toy, with us and some great ones of her as nature intended.
This year our family expanded with the arrival of a great little man, so we headed back to get some shots of him to have for life. The images as expected, fantastic and she has managed to capture our two children together in a photos that will be framed for all the family this Christmas.
Amanda’s photography is a family friendly professional business which has exceed our expectations every time. Amanda is wonderful with children (and parents!) she is patient and she has the most amazing eye for capturing beautiful moments. All our images have had beautiful clarity and colour and our only problem is that we are running out of room to put photos!

I have recently had the pleasure of booking a photographic session with Amanda and couldn’t have been happier. I was referred by 2 friends after visiting their homes and seeing their own amazing & natural looking family shots. I had thought about having some photos taken now that our family is complete, but was always wary of ending up with those ‘staged’ looking photos.
I was initially hesitant when booking the shorter session as having 2 young children (3 & 5) I wasn’t sure how they’d behave and what kind of results we’d achieve with the timeframe allocated, however what was achieved was no less than REMARKABLE!
Amanda has such a natural gift of building rapport with children and subsequently my kids were so comfortable in her company. She was able to bring out the best and the cheekiest in both of them and that certainly came out through the amazing results. All this in addition to her innate sense of the right time of day & location which made the images that much more engaging.
The time flew and I honestly thought I may have only 20 images or so at the most to choose from as Amanda obviously took some sneaky shots without us being aware.
The most difficult part of the whole process was narrowing down our selection as they were all so fabulous. Amanda captured the true essence of our family and I couldn’t be happier.
